What industries is APQP Manager suited for?

Can I import existing Excel/PDF documents?
Yes. Upload your existing FMEA or CP Excel/PDF file and Claude AI automatically parses and maps it to the structured database. Both legacy Excel formats and AIAG-VDA 2019 are recognized.
How is document security managed?
Sensitive technical values (SECRET classification) are stored encrypted with AES-256 in the database. When exporting PDFs for external sharing, confidential fields are automatically masked.
How does the email review/approval workflow work?
When an Owner creates a review request, an email is sent to all REVIEWER team members. After all reviews are complete, the APPROVER's final approval saves a snapshot of the document.
Does Claude AI (Anthropic) use our documents to train its models?
No. Per Anthropic's API usage policy, data sent through the API is not used to train models. Content passed to the AI is used only for request-response processing and is not stored. Sensitive technical specs (SECRET classification) are never sent to the AI — they are stored separately with AES-256 encryption in the database.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on AWS Seoul region (ap-northeast-2) servers. Data never leaves Korea. Daily automated backups are retained for 30 days, and revision history snapshots are kept permanently.
If I cancel, how do I export my documents?
You can export any project as JSON or Excel at any time before canceling. We support data export for 30 days after cancellation, after which all data is permanently deleted. Premium plan customers get dedicated support for data migration.
Can I use APQP Manager as evidence during IATF 16949 audits?
Yes. Documents generated in APQP Manager conform to AIAG-VDA 2019 and AIAG Control Plan standards. Approved documents include revision history and approver records, making them directly usable as IATF 16949 audit evidence.
Can it integrate with existing ERP, MES, or quality management systems?
Premium plan provides a REST API. Integration is possible to auto-trigger APQP document revisions from 4M change management, non-conformance, or customer complaint systems. Contact our sales team for specific integration requirements.
Is on-premise installation available?
Docker-based on-premise deployment is available on the Premium plan. Can be installed on your own servers or private cloud — ideal for Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs with strict security requirements. Contact us with your implementation consulting needs.
